David is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Law Group. His expertise encompasses commercial disputes, corporate law and shareholder actions, judicial reviews tribunals of enquiry, professional negligence claims, IP and IT litigation and Landlord & Tenant Disputed. David is also Head of the firms Immigration Group and is recognised as one of the country’s foremost immigration specialist.

Jessie Tan / Partner

Jessie’s expertise and forte lies in the field of intellectual property as well as in general commercial and corporate law, with a special focus on the application of these laws to the entertainment, arts and media industries. Lead partner Jessie Tan provides very careful advice and is known for her role in establishing the film in Malaysia Incentive. Having more than a decade of experience in advising clients in the media entertainment industry and having been involved as a committee members / advisor for various associations / projects, Jessie’s track record speaks for itself.
