The Diia City project is quite interesting for some market participants and was created to stimulate the development of the digital economy in Ukraine.
This legal regime introduces the concept of “resident,” which can only be a legal entity of Ukraine and will involve IT professionals to perform work under certain types of contracts, which will reduce the tax burden on employers.
